The Heart Centred Living Project was founded by Charley, whose healing journey and years of experience in both the fitness and mental health industries inspired the creation of this collaborative space.

Charley holds internationally recognised certifications in Personal Training, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Psychology, alongside training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed practices. With a blend of evidence-based methods and heart-led guidance, Charley’s mission is to help others build lives—and bodies—that feel like home.
