With internationally recognised qualifications in Personal Training, Fitness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Psychology, and IFS-informed approaches, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience from the fitness and mental health industries. Heart-centred fitness is about training in a way that works with your body, not against it—moving from intuition, nervous system awareness, and a deep understanding of your physical and emotional rhythms.
Alongside this, my coaching is shaped by an ongoing exploration of what it means to be human—through culture, anthropology, spirituality, and the ways different traditions approach movement, health, and inner balance. This wider lens helps bridge the gap between physical training and whole-person wellbeing.
Through personalised programming and regular check-ins, my aim is to use everything I continually learn—professionally, personally, and globally—to help you become more embodied, attuned, heart-led, and grounded in your own vitality. Rather than rigid routines or external pressure, we build strength and wellbeing by honouring your body’s signals, supporting your nervous system, and creating sustainable habits that align with your natural rhythms.
