Founder of the Heart-Centred Living Project
Charley is the founder of The Heart-Centred Living Project, a multi-disciplinary, soul-rooted offering designed to guide people toward liberation, confidence, and self-connection through somatic, psychological, and spiritual integration.
With a rich and eclectic background as a professional vocal coach, trauma-informed yoga and meditation facilitator, personal trainer, and creative artist, Charley helps others find their voice by opening their body and heart — not just for performance, but for truth, expression, and healing. The founder
Charley’s personal healing journey and years of experience in both the fitness and mental health industries inspired the creation of this collaborative space. Charley holds internationally recognised certifications in Personal Training, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Psychology, alongside training in IFS (Internal Family Systems) informed practices. With a blend of evidence-based methods and heart-led guidance, Charley’s mission is to help others build lives—and bodies—that feel like home.
Voice as Liberation
Charley began their career as a professional vocal coach, teaching in music schools, secondary schools, and privately, with students ranging from young children to adults, including SEN learners. With extensive training and certificates in vocals with ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music), Trinity Guildhall, and Trinity College London up to Grade 8, Charley has maintained a 100% student pass rate.
Today, Charley blends vocal technique with trauma-informed yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, sound work, and psychological depth to help clients liberate their authentic voice. This is not about grades — it’s about coming home to your voice and your self.
Body & Nervous System Work
Charley is a Level 3 CIMSPA & REPs certified personal trainer and fitness coach, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation, body confidence, and intuitive movement.
Rather than rigid routines or performance metrics, Charley offers tailored fitness experiences that support each client’s emotional, energetic, and physical needs — with compassion and empowerment at the core.
Training & Specialisms include:
Trauma-Informed Yoga
Meditation and Consciousness Practices
Somatic Voice & Movement (Embody Your Voice: The Yoga of Sound)
Functional Strength Training and Adaptive Movement
Inner Depth, Outer Expression
With over 12 years of study in Eastern traditions, Jungian and post-Jungian psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Charley weaves these teachings into a grounded, soulful approach. Their work is informed by explorations of consciousness, creative flow, and symbolic integration, which form the foundation of the Heart-Centred Living methodology.
Creative Roots & Performance
As a solo vocalist, Charley has performed at major venues across the UK, including The Symphony Hall, Roundhouse London, and live on Brit FM. They have studied songwriting under leading UK artists and collaborated with musicians and producers across multiple genres.
This background fuels a deep understanding of the emotional landscape of expression — which Charley now channels into voice liberation work, helping others connect to their creative truth, whether or not they consider themselves singers.

“I had a brilliant first PT session! Came away with a clear plan of what I can do in the gym and now feel more confident to exercise on my own. Charley asked the right questions to find out what I needed and gave good instruction on any changes I could make on my form. Look forward to another session in the future”

“Charley is an absolute powerhouse and an amazing PT. I have progressed so much in my strength during my time with her, hitting weights that I had not for years!
Her programmes are specific to all of my needs and she is always willing to adapt and tweak any exercises so my sessions are challenging but at the same time enjoyable.
She is always there any time of the day or night, checking in on my progress but also me too. She is not only my PT but has become a dear friend to me too.
I cannot recommend her enough if you are new to the gym and exercise or someone who has trained for years and got stuck in a rut. With Charley’s help, any and all of your goals are achievable.”
