As part of the Heart Centred Living Project I offer internationally accredited fitness coaching both online & in-person, that truly meets you as an individual. Heart centred fitness is becoming in-tune with and working in harmony with your body. With internationally recognised certificates in Personal Training, Fitness, Trauma Informed Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Psychology, IFS therapy informed, along with many years of experience in both the fitness industry and mental health industry - together we can build a body that feels like home, learn to trust our own inner guidance and cultivate a lasting and unwavering sense of contentment throughout the natural changing flows and cycles of life. In addition to physical fitness, I place a strong emphasis on the importance of overall well-being and inner contentment with deep understanding of various evidence-based methods designed to nurture both body and mind.
